This design is handmade in the wilderness of Vermont by a Fluid Engineer and homebrew enthusiast who thought one day. Why the hell is this so hard? Eureka, the Apartment Brewery was born of wood and glass and pure Vermont ingenuity (a little beer helped as well).
Weeks later he was drinking brew that tasted the same, looked the same and drank the same. But it wasn’t the same! It had been created in an all-in-one brew system that allowed first and secondary fermentation, minimized the loss of beer while dumping the sediment and saved space.
